Ivan Arriola (Technology Transfer) graduated from Mondragon Univertsitatea, Faculty of Advance Manufacturing in 2007 after an international collaboration with University of Kentucky ( Prof. I. Jawahir) and got PhD degree in 2010 titled AISI 4140 steel's machinability comprehension analysing in-process parameters by advance measurement techniques after two internships at UNC Charlotte (Dr. Matthew Davies) and NIST (Robert W. Ivester). He was involved in developing new manufacturing hybrid processes linked with metrology measurements beside improving the machinability of complex materials at IK4-TEKNIKER several years. Afterwards, in 2012 started his industrial career at Egile XXI company where was responsible of ultra-precision machining of scientific facilities´ components and medical devices. Since 2017, as Technology Transfer Manager in charge of market and technology analysis and identifying opportunities to coordinate research and industrial projects (national and international).
